This study aims to determine the implementation model of learning concept multiple intelligences in an Islamic perspective at SMP Bayt al-Hikmah Pasuran Boarding School (SBP). The type research used is a qualitative approach descriptive. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and review documents. that has been collected were analyzed using data analysis techniques. conclusions this are: (1) theory can be as bridge transfer knowledge digested easily easier. proof it increase interest, talent. (2) Student input; by continuing hold tests find child's basic abilities about Pesantren knowing children are not who have needs especially because institution able prepare facilities. Whereas amount received accordance with capacity class available rooms, then held Multiple Intelligences Research (MIR). Teacher condition. main thing willing continue learn committed, written test out, practice (micro-teaching), interviews. Learning process; Composing teacher lesson plan based on MIR SOP results, implementing strategies bits intelligence how brain works, evaluate/assess competence students, accompanied consultant “Guardian Angel. output. outputs; student competencies include cognitive, psychomotor, effective, which assessed authentic assessment ipsative-discovery ability. While 4 components (student outcomes, plan, creativity, behavior). Every semester students teachers receive reports. teacher's report card serves determinant achievement resulting salary rank.
